Tuesdays 10:00am at Willow Tree Yoga
This class is based on the belief that mental and physical health are interrelated, and should be conditioned together. We practice coordinating breathing and physical movement, to improve focus and concentration. Using props and a chair if wanted, poses for stretching, balance, strength and mindfulness are done with lots of time for adjusting poses to support each person and their specific needs.
Sundays 5 pm at Purple Blossom Yoga
Using the hammock to help bring us deeper into stretches and balance poses, this class offers a 20 minute "power nap" which results in more ease, relaxation and energy.
Thursday 10:00am at Willow Tree Yoga
This class helps build a strong core from which one can transition into new positions and exercises, creating more ease in yoga as well as in any activity in daily life. Alternating between Pilates and yoga poses to engage, warm and tighten the muscles that help support our lower backs, calories are burned while the mind remains focused The class ends with a long savasana or relaxation so that you return to your day energized and focused.
All Levels Yoga
Tuesdays Thursdays 8:15am at Harrison Family YMCA
This flow uses a diversity of exercises and modifications to suit a wide range of levels from beginner to advanced. With this class, you will learn and practice the tools needed to lead a healthy and fit lifestyle, while also remaining mindful in every act you perform.
Fridays 2 PM at Roberson Senior Center
Using chairs and mats, we perform exercises designed to help the body, breathe and mind to become more supple, strong and balanced. We also laugh and support each other through whatever life is throwing at us.

Since becoming certified to teach yoga in 2012, I have strived to live a life full of joy, gratitude, and free of judgement.
